Beautifully Organised Chaos

Is the best term I can use to describe my time at Imagination

It was intense. It was exhilarating. It was amazing. And most of all… It was memorable!

What made me want to join the team? The projects. Definitely the projects 🙂

I remember my first interview at Imagination when I was shown the Digital Lab, tucked away in the back of the digital department. The Lincoln Touch Screen and the Samsung Ski simulator literally blew my mind.

Before stepping foot at Imagination, to me, digital meant websites, banner ads and online games. My mind didn’t once associate digital with sexier applications like touch screen, virtual reality or 3D projection mapping.

Walking away from that interview all I knew was: I wanted this job!

I spent 2.5 years at Imagination as the Digital Resource Manager. And looking back it’s one of the highlights of my career so far. Not only was I involved in these amazing projects. I worked with incredibly talented people, and they made it an unforgettable experience.

Imagination isn’t like anywhere I’ve worked…

The pace is insanely fast.
You’re on 100% of the time.
Each project has a million different moving parts.
And it’s do or die.

I think the hardest part of this job was finding the right people to fit the culture who also had the perfect skill set.
